On August 18th 2021 Billy TK and I were arrested for peacefully protesting the lockdowns which had made many Kiwis commit suicide, lose their businesses and become damaged psychologically from the trauma of isolation.
28 months later, the court of appeal has quashed the sentences of 4 and 3 months prison handed down by Judge Peter Winter, discharging us with a conviction of standing within 2 meters of another person (a criminal offence at the time) and no other penalties.
