William Ramsey & Hans Utter join Sean to discuss the Manchurian Candidate themed film Videodrome (1983). A perfect follow up to last week's discussion on The Parallax View. Here, we have another mind controlled assassin with a technocratic psy-war angle. We see the beginnings of the eugenicist's idea of uploading consciousness to a computer. In this case it was VHS tapes. Videodrome was very ahead of it's time with the mind control elements it was revealing to the public.
