Repetitive Socratic Questioning Therapy (Journaling)
These are repetitive processes ("Socratic Questions") designed to relieve the stress from the Covid-19 lockdown and to strengthen the mind in preparation for the evil operations already planned to follow - unless and until people rise up and completely restore the dignity of freedom with voluntary organizations in place of authoritarian governments. This is being issued in response to the building urgency of the crisis resulting from the over-reach of authoritarian governments (August, 2021). It comes with a minimum of explanation. As other projects complete, I hope to return and build a completely guided version with full explanations how to "audit" (facilitate) each process. If you are new to repetitive processes, or do not have someone else to work with, instructions for "journaling" your answers or working with another can be found here: freescientologycenter.org/drop-directions.html (navigate to the "DROP RECOVERY" tab if you feel you would like to start with something easier or you need to work on any overwhelm of issues going on in your life). Go here if you are new to this, and interested in finding yourself on the scale of processing recommended to get you started after you have worked successfully with the "DROP RECOVERY" processing linked above: freescientology.tech/index.html WARNING! No claims are made for the efficacy of these processes and procedures. They are experimental, and although carefully designed as to sequence, rapidly escalate in difficulty, and this requires stability of mind to be developed first. In no case should you proceed beyond process 1B if you have not had a major, stable improvement in mental outlook and stability on any or all of the previous processes. Go to the above links to get started with the Inner Work, and seek experienced help if you find you cannot make good progress. Important: Use an ordinary dictionary to look up terms you are not sure about before starting any process. Do not leave a process that has not completed. A completed process is one in which you experienced a release (feeling of relief and new awareness) and a "cognition" (new realization). You need to look for both together, unless the release was huge or the realization was profound. Do not go past a point of release (or new realization) without at least acknowledging it. You may continue if you find the process remains interesting - otherwise go on to the next process. Do not try the processing if you are not well-nourished, and especially if you are not well-rested. (If you are having trouble getting adequate rest at night, look for nutritional solutions and work with "DROP RECOVERY" linked above.) Start each session formally (even if working alone) with, "This Is the Session." - and talk over any distractions that may be present preventing you from focusing on the process. Sessions can go for hours if you are not too tired, but a good recommendation is a few processes at a time, for 90 minutes or so. End any session with "We Are Going to Be Ending Session Shortly. Is There Anything You Would Care to Say or Ask Before I End the Session?" Note down any response and when the person has said all and is satisfied the session is complete, state, "End of Session." It is okay to alternate this processing with work on "DROP RECOVERY" or "Severe.Quad.Rudiments" - in fact, it is recommended you go back to these if you feel the process gradient is too steep. It gets steep after process 1B and even for experienced co-auditors, stages 6, 7 and 8 may prove difficult. This will become more apparent to you as you work with this. If you can get to stage 5 then you have really accomplished something - you can get on with things, and save the rest for professional processing later. Stage 8 looks simple, and it is. You could probably start there. The only thing is that without building up with all of the previous steps, you will get different results than you otherwise would - not as deep and lasting as if you do these in sequence. Please remember to study the above links before you dive in. There is a method to all this, even if it has been made as simple as possible. If you have this printed out and cannot possibly get to the instructions, I will at least tell you what else you must know in order to get through these: Any process is numbered individually, but may have more than one command/question. If only one command/question, repeat it after acknowledging the answer to the last. Give good acknowledgement to originations (communication offered to express needs, wants and insights) and to a realization or origination that the process is complete. If there is more than one command/question to the process, go through each, one at a time, getting an answer and acknowledging before asking the next, and starting up again with the first command/question in the group. Auditing means "listening." Be a good listener to your partner. Be a good listener to yourself - even if that is all you have to work with. Good Luck! |

The '0' series is done to introduce the repetitive process, orient and stabilize the person while strengthening the mind. Come back to this any time you feel unstable. 0C is a good process to start out sessions with. 0B is especially good to end sessions with. Use it liberally to build "Havingness" (a quality of mental stability giving a sense of completion or contact with present time).
The '1-6' series is a more advanced level of doing this while getting into actual processing. Go carefully and thoroughly here, and use 0A and 0B processes to help start and end sessions, meanwhile.
