Formal Consensus Document

We must find a way to communicate in groups so that everyone is heard and we can make decisions together that create Unity, without a guru/narcissist/personality/leader/figurehead running things - because this is a violation of Natural Law - that there should be a human authority. Yes there can be leadership but it is must SERVE never govern otherwise we just get complacent. The alternative is to have consensus - which requires patience ... but what would you rather have? Tyranny or Patience... we have to start somewhere with this... and we have to start soon.
