Spells are not something from a fairytale. They are being cast left and right every second of our lives. There are entire industries that specialise in this practice.
We may speak of a false belief system, a destructive program that is dominating our consciousness. We may speak of a persuasion to act in conflict with our True Self, to unconsciously engage in a sinister practice that blocks our higher senses and overrides our natural gift of reasoning and compassion. We may speak of a hidden construction that makes something appear to be something that it is not. Essentially, all spells are manipulations, distortions and illusions.
Energetically we can visualise the spells as parasitic thoughts in the mind, a colony of maggots that have infested the crystal clear lagoon of one's discernment. Because that is exactly what a spell does. It is a breach of our free thinking and our Free Will.
Some spells are so masterfully created and so complex, reaching from our daily habits to the very core of our worldview, that we may even live our entire lives based on them. If we are under a spell, we are unable to see that these beliefs did not originate from our own free thinking, and that on a fundamental level we may even be completely against them.
The great news is that spells can be broken. In practice, it takes some serious self-inquiry and sincere willingness to let go of what is false, but it is totally doable. Once we recognise the spells, they can no longer have an influence on our consciousness. Just like the bubble bursts, the frail substance of the lie disappears. Only Truth can bear the light of awareness.
